I tried to search for this topic but nothing came up relevant. Two ideas that may be worth exploring if not yet considered. Is it possible to add a feature so you can adjust the game speed while you are playing the game? Would help if you are in a large scale battle to slow down time or speed up time when nothing major is going on. Also a way to deconstruct or remove a built structure? I find it when my empire exands, I do not need as many orbitals or like to reposit

I think having undiscovered lanes would help move fleets around. Because one map I played had the lanes in 2 zig-zag. No lanes in the middle connecting north to south. So basically I would have to split my fleets to the east and west. If you control 2 planets with phase inhibitors, you could control 50% of the map. How about a technology to build a structure to create lanes? Would require 2 structures and need fairly high tec.

I would like to see better fleet management. Creating a fleet leader and when that ship moves, the rest will follow in some formation. Wonder if it is too late to create formation slots so you can choose where the ship will be in formation. Something to make it easier to arrange for front line ships and keep the support ships in the back. It is hard to keep them in formation. In the beginning, I found that their system has way too many ships and their raids sometimes send too many ships. So it was cheaper to pay them off and direct the bounty on someone else first. Correct me if I am wrong, it seems as time goes by and the pirates raid systems, it takes away from their home fleet.
