- More Game Speed Options is planned for patch version 1.03. See that’s why I’m happy, these people in Ironclad and Stardock they really listen to the community. Now it’s time for me to give a little back. The following are for those who want a workaround for game speed pre patch. I have also a workaround for those who want their own background music. Oh, just one issues more. If we get the research/build speed slowdown issue addressed we then have to balance the cost of what one research/build should cost. If we slow it down without balancing the cost you over some time just find u have TONS of resources for no use. So I would like the cost will follow the speed option – on slower settings the cost in research/build have to go up. Or maybe some other way would be better maybe :)

Hi - all! Just a little info - I took the chance and updated to v1.02 and my entire saved v1.01 single player games works just fine. Just to let u know, some was unsure on this issue. Happy gaming!

For me would extended options for slowing build/research more than today do a [B]HUGE[/B] difference – this would throw Sins in my top 5 list of own games – and I have quite a few ;)

I see nothing in the patch version 1.02 about opportunities to: Set slower main game speed and research speed in Single Player, as it is pre patch. I really hope this part would make it in. If this can’t be done for this patch will it then be made for a later patch or could it be done from modding tool? Or will this never be made for any patches or modding tools? Ya. . .just finished gaming for the day and damn my keyboard pause button is nearly no more ;) I really find my self constantly pushing this button - hope devs will do something drastic about this issue - can’t see why not – no harm done with this.

ManSh00ter u like it zapp-faaaast that's perfectly okay but a big chunk of ppl like it way slower than it is now. It's not a big issue to give the opportunity back from what I believed it was under beta. Here ppl complained over it was painful slow (mabe it was u) . . . give us "painful" and a little slower than this back plz ;) Maybe modding can do the trick as u says - we have to wait and see if it would in a path or an opportunity in modding.

I’m a hardcore gamer all the way back from the early beginnings back in the eighties. I have tons of games and can defiantly tell after a short time playing - this game concept is something for me. But please give us gamers who like to think ;) back the opportunities to lower game speed a GREAT amount more as it is now, at least to half the speed that is the slowest as it is at the moment. This defiantly goes for research speed also. Some loves fast paced games others (like me) love
