the point is u cant be everywhere at the same time so u'll need to choose between to mass at one place and overwhelm from there or spread ur forces and have "security" everywhere
ye but its a percentage calculation, u cant defend 50 planets with 16 ships at 2 or 3 fronts, besides if ur opponement has such a vast empire he probably wont mass all his forces toward one enemy colony cause he needs em to guard the rest of his empire.
ye thats bothering me too, linking the fleet capacity to the amount of colonies worked so well in the beta's so why take it out?

offcourse u wont play the campaign much more than once per race. However, the story behind it just adds an extra dimension to the game as ur playing it, even in skirmish.
i'd love a campaign, just for the depth into each race and their culture. also if u ever add an extra race(i dunno in an expansion pack or something), make it like the dolphin race like in sword of the stars, i thought that was a great idea for a race. this way u could add water planets too.

yeah in the bottom middle of ur interface, below the picture under the rename button is a scuttle button, there's a shortcut for it too but i cant remember it right now.
i know u can que your attack targets with shift but i dont know if it works while paused

and then after about a half year of modding u find out ur making kind of a remake of eve or whats that procedural generating game where u can actualy enter the planets atmosphere and stuff that'll be released in like a year called again?

I was told that download only pre-orders would be able to download a .pdf format manual but sofar i cant find it anywhere. Also i was wondering, when u download the game, does it save a setup somewhere so i could burn the game-setup onto a cd? OVERALL!: AWESOME GAME!
