Submissions only on my personal page.... in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

I recently submitted 2 wallpapers, and, for some reason, they don't show up in the Gallery. I went to edit them, and somehow the "show on my personal page only" checkbox had been checked. Every time I uncheck it and resubmit, it somehow gets checked again, and still does not show up in the gallery. What's going on? I have submitted skins before (an ObjectDock icon), and it has worked fine before.

I Want to check out Kapsules, but their website is down, and alternate websites I've found don't have it either (Softpedia had it, but it's corrupted :NOTSURE: ) Can anyone help me find it?
