clear your browser cache - refresh the page it also doesn't immediately show, it's gotta cycly through servers
BeeArther: I know it sounds kind of silly that it's a pain to move the mouse up the menu to close it, but I'm used to the Windows taskbar, where I could right-click and immediately left-click to close. Being able to drag the icon off would not only reduce a step, but it would look cool too.
I think it would be cool - it was the:
and then move the mouse cursor all the way up to "Close".
kinda made it go from cool to lazy ;)
it would even cooler if we could just vocally tell Odock to do what we want, that way I wouldn't have to move my hand all the way over to the mouse to begin with
soon as i get home...
Btw whats going on with this forum? It's like everyother post I put up it takes forever. I have to leave the site wait a while and then come back and post it. I never seen any other forum act this way.
Do you clear your browser cache/temp internet files regulary? sometimes, I think it slows down whilst the SD team is battling SpamBots sneaking in...
are you on a domain, if so LogonStudio will not work on a domain.
good question.
Does it extract the frames to a transparent png?
nope extracts to separate gif frames - but will keep tranparency if selected in the options for those you extract with no transparency, you can run them through Giffy (getting kinda a hard to find)
give them some time - it's the weekend for most they like to go out and do stuff with families before they show up here
when importing, you sometimes have to go in manually (as in the folder, not logonstudio) and edit files those logons with splash screens and moved buttons, can't be edited in logon studio
A helpful Troll? :SURPRISED:
if you can't find Bitstrip - get Irfanview (it's free) use Irfanview to extract all frames, then put them back together a a pngstrip using AniUtil
Not sure you can downgrade from 6 to 7 once 7 is installed unless you format and never install 7.
everything I read said once you uninstall 7, 6 pops back in saw a post a while back somewhere, where someone lost their favorites, uninstalled 7 - 6 popped back in - they copied their favorites, then reinstalled 7
1. Don't know if you read that somewhere 2. yes it's correct, as far as I can tell by the EULAs 2nd. The EULA is worded differently - whereas it used to specifically mention only one computer running, now it says you have to own them - else it seems it would defeat the whole purpose of Multiplicity 4. it shouldn't but I've been wrong before
they do not appear in "Add/Remove Programs
Stardock Central appears in add/remove the programs appear in SDC for install/uninstall/update/archive
re-downloaded installer
don't use a new installer - register your serial in Stardock Central Browser (aka SDC) then use SDC to download and install
sometimes a zip is just a zip sometimes you'll find a logon inside a zip
for me, it has moved done a hair of a tad using Vienna2 - previously WB cofig stopped at the top edge of the min/close buttons - now it opens with the top edge of the title bar at the top edge of my screen
