CD key is being rejected for register! in Technical Sins Forums

My cd key for the game that I purchased yesterday will not be recognized by the website when I try to register to get updates. I have tried caps, no caps, changing the 0 to O and vice-versa. This is very vexing. Hope to get an answer soon!
