and i do not mean the four kingdoms, i meen other kingdoms in the preifiry

maybe the foundation could be just a source of trade and technology then the fractions could be imperial provence and indipendent kingdom independent kingdoms could get helped by foundation imperial provence could get similer help from trantor trantor = good erly game help foundation = good late game help

there could be 3 basic fractions the empire with a few big powerfull expensive slow ships week late game strong early game the kingdoms with cheeper weak ships with an economy dependent on tradeing with ether the foundation or the empire the foundation with small quik week ships and a real good economy weak erly game strong late game or somthing like that

i have read it, obviosly

just base it of the technology of the original triligy (Foundation, Foundation and Empire, Secound Foundation)

it might just be me but,Sins of a Solar Empire seems like the perfect game to make a modd based of the Foundation series by Isaac Asimov.
