I just noticed that some techs in my tree have the Arcean (my current race) icon next to them. Does anyone know what this signifies?

Breaking a peace treaty will only make the race you had it with no longer trust you. Only breaking the economic and research treaty will stop everybody from trusting you. Ah! That's why, I also have economic and research treaties too. Is there anyway to break those without penalty? Would I just follow your same suggested tactic and goad them into declaring war?
I've been doing some Google searches but can't seem to find the answer to my question... In my current game, I had two Races that had declared war on me and I was getting my butt kicked. I was finally able to push back by researching some defensive techs, but then they both offered peace treaties which I accepted. I know I can declare war on the races to break the treaty, but then I suffer from a "we dont trust you" penalty from all other races. Is there a way
Ah! DUH! Thanks! I often do that, I don't know why I didn't check.
I've unzipped and placed the folder in the mods directory of sins. The folder appears in the mods menu in-game and i have already activated it, but after a good 20 minutes of play, i notice no change. Neither did I see where to pick the option for the other race. Am i missing something?Did you actually UNZIP the file, or did you place the zipped folder in the mod folder. Make sure you unzip it first.Odd... I could swear that new ship looks a hell of a lot like the trading Drone for the A

Edit: Sorry for the double post, internet lagged out.
Its cool. I understand. I ran a few forums my self for awhile and was an admin over on the FreeServers tech support forum...before the closed it down and re-did their site, which is really dumb now. But I agree, people who cannot simply push the search button to find their answer are annoying. I mean I myself go search for it first because it normally yields faster results than waiting for a reply to a new thread.
This has been posted and even trolled about a lot *sigh* I'd recommend doing searches, refining them carefully, instead of just opening up a new thread.
I did do a search for "quota" and then narrowed it to "refinery quota" but it came up with no hits. I also checked the manual. Anyways, thanks for clearing that up.
I noticed this on one of my refinery's infocards just a few minutes ago. What is it for? Some are at 1/3 and others are at 0/3.
ok thanks
I'm having problems with getting bootskin to work. After applying a new skin and rebooting, my computer acts as though it had crashed and gives me the "start windows in safe mode, start windows normally, blah blah blah" I first started windows normally but it just brought me back to the same dialoge, so i started it with the last known configuration. It brought my computer back up but the skin wasn't applied.
