Why does my game constantly freeze (well most of the time) where it just stops completely telling my tv theres no pc signal? It happens a whole lot during combat where I'll franticly zoom in and out. Installing Sins of a Solar Empire Digital Download in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

I'm having the trouble of installing my preorder digital download of Sins of a Solar Empire. I've purchased the game for 5 tokens and can only get past the process of Stardock Central validating and the initial extracting of the files; or just the step after it validate your order. I entered in my serial number for Sins and it keeps getting stuck at Extracting/downloading Set Registry Value.vbs.
