ok so im confused... my thing says 11 hours till release.... is this true? im in australia and would love to know an estimated time till release? (so i can plan to be around for the email to start the dl!)
i'd be in but i've never played before :P and yes schod my pc can handle it :) lol... maybe in a few days after i've gotten to know the controls etc!
see i dont see the big deal - u guys are talking about 20k ships.. sure no one can handle that. But 1000 ships each? not all inthe same galaxy... even a 6-8 player game... there should definately be an option for those with high end systems to take things up a level in epicness. Why should a core group of hardcore gamers (those that play probably more games than the rest combined) who have these top end systems be limited by the casual gamer? The option should be there imo if its not.
i would be dissapointed if there was a solid cap. I havent played beta but who needs 10k ships... maybe me against a few mates would like 500-1000 ship armies... that was half the alure to this game of the ability to be just limited by time / resources / and your rig! oh and fyi me and my mates all have rigs with specs above and beyond baleurs system. Now im not talking about 10k ships here... but i'd like to be able to go above 300 as someone above stated....
question - i preordered (from australia) - when i check my credit card - it says nothing, when i check my stardock account it has no past order - but i have a order number for it etc - is it just not activated until the download is available?
