https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/update/
Thank you very much. But I have one question, do I first need to ubdate to 1.04? With Impulse, it says my installed version is 1.03, so will it patch completely up to 1.05?

I do not agree with you at all. I just read a collumn in PC Gamer which said the very opposite, that console gaming was dying. The article said that Sandy Duncan, the Microsoft VP who released the Xbox in Europe told VideoGame Blog that "Consoles will die out in the next five to ten years. The business model is very risky and the cost associated with creating new hardware are incredibly high." Also, Alex St. John, CEO of WildTangent said, "I think we're looking at the last generation of
I bought the game a while back, but I never patched it. I just recently became interested in some mods, so I want to patch to 1.05. The problem is that my internet connection on my gaming computer is not very fast or reliable when downloading. Is there any way I can get patches without the game installed?
The best way to deal with this (in my opinion) would be to reduce the HP and also reduce the cost accordingly (reduce HP 40%, reduce cost 40%) It may have already been said, but after a while of reading posts for the sole purpose of insulting each other, I gave up reading.
I'm planning to buy the game when the local Best Buy gets it in, but I was reading about the siege frigate tactic and I read there that there were no fleet engagements. Is this true? I want the game to be somewhat like the war in the Pacific where fleets would regularly engage, searching for the decisive battle to destroy enemy naval power, not capture lightly defended planet after lightly defended planet. That was a problem with Medival 2:Total War (in my opinion), because during an entire game
Yes. Oh, and thank you for using the (successfully prosecuted) sub offensive against Japan rather than the one with Germany. Too many people don't think about it even though it's the classic example of a crippling submarine offensive. P.S. I'm the resident pacific theater nerd, in case you didn't notice
The reason I mention it is I just finished reading Silent Victory by Clay Blair Jr. and I am a huge fan of Silent Hunter 4.
Will there be a form of commerce raiding? Like your enemies have shipping lanes and you can have ships raid commerce. Some what like the submarine war against Japan. Or do the resources magically appear on the nearest planet?
