I think the colour of the laser could be used to reflect the damage done by a particular ship. Maybe red is for low damage,blue is for medium damage and green for high damage. It's just my 2 cents.

Honestly,i rather have no campaign and a better skirmish games than a half cooked campaign that i never touch,and a bug ridden skirmish. Stardock and Iron Clad made the right choice. I seen so many RTS with campaigns but most of them are pretty much crappy in today's standards.

I have been playing RTS since Dune 2 and i dont find Sins is a hard RTS to begin with. The tech trees are straight forward.Play a game,then,finish it and read the tech tree.It's not like asking you memorise the whole book or something.Look at the tech tree and think what you gonna try on the next game.Maybe you gonna build Kodiaks,or gonna try a Novalith cannon. If not,try to understand one race's research tech tree because the research tech tree is mostly the same for the othe

Where can i download the Texture Pack by Max Tael? Anyway,congrats for those mods who are in the mag.Any plans to do something similar to PC Power Play? I also want some modding tips.If modding in Sins is easier to learn and less time consuming(ie:takes 2 hours for a small changes),I'll mod Sins too.Now,i got no idea where to start.

@Axor, I do agree with you.PC game's quality is dropping,especially on the FPS side.I didnt even both to try Crysis(sorry to say that) or Call of Duty 4 because i know do that these games are similar to the older games i have played.The only difference is the newer ones got better graphics but still dont have the great single player with great replayibility that i have been looking for. I never really like Deathmatch games after UT2004.It's more like a cliche in today's games.<

It's not that bad.It just need a even better ai. A good ai can make all the difference.I have been playing DoW since 1.0 because of their awesome ai mod.Without it,i dont even bother buying the expansions.
