sup bitches! ok, i get the whole "counter the seige frig spam with another siege frig spam strategy" but doesnt that eliminate you actually playing according to the strategy your most comfortable using, basically ripping away your abilty to play the way you want to.now i dont know about you but i think that kinda sucks.Basically what people are saying only 1 strategy works against the siege frigate spam and thats anther siege frigate spam. might as well place this in a different genre "monkey se

im just now thinking,couldnt the feringi have potential as maybe a trader race. think about it,they could possibly gain more money from trade centers and thier ships could cost less. this could give them a strong economical advanage to make up for thier lack of weapons and armour.as for pirates, why not just a bunch of looted ships (science vessels,klingon ships,frieghters,etc.)that have added weapons curtusey of thier crew of salty seadogs (or spacedogs in this case).on the topic of fighters al

I'm new to this game and am a very casual stategy gamer so forgive me if I f**k this post up.I just played a game against a medium opponent and proceeded to get my ass kicked. My enemy sent about 20 siege frigs. to 1 of my planets where I had 10 cobalts,4 perchon carriers, 3 kodiaks and a kol class cap ship(+about5 gauss turrets and 2 hangars w/ fighters and bombers) with wich i reduced to 13 siege frigs. before they jumped to their planet I persued them but as soon as the ships got therethe eme
