i had this problem on my laptop, GeForce Go 7900 GS, Vista but worked fine on my old computer, GeForce 6600, XP

Just thought id mention 2 bugs (before 1.02 patch) incase they not fixed 1st was i that i had no room for more ship and 2 cap ships slots i started research on both, fleet size 1st while they were researching i added 3 cap ships to que and lots of other ships after the fleet size went up i expected the cap ships too start as fleet size had gone up and i already had 2 slots, but they didnt untill the cap ship research had complete 2nd was there was an ability
