Trust me, 64 bit Vista is not worth the trouble. Do yourself a favor and go with 32 bit. I know the retail copy of "ultimate" includes both 32 and 64 bit discs, but not sure if OEM will.

I almost re-bought the game at Fry's yesterday just because I ended up wanting a factory DVD. Didn't know they were offering an upgrade option for d/l customers. Thanks. :)
