The world looks great. You have a unique art style, but again y'all went with the decision to continue with the palette swap factions with maybe one dude with a horn or whatever. It turns off a lot of people. It makes things feel bland, like everyone is the same really. You did great by offering better faction bonuses, but seriously, FFH2 was great (yes i know this isn't FFH2) because every civ looked and felt different. This is REALLY important in a RTS game. You did it

We'll soon see :~) Brad said he barely worked on it so don't get your hopes up. This isn't a dig at Brad, but to make sure people know that it'll still be braindead like WoM 1.40 is It's not really related to WOM 1.4 since the systems are so different. It's j

Also, an idea if any of the devs are still reading this (please god read all of the comments especially mine ;p ) You should add a bandit/mercenary system similar to Sins but tweaked in a way where there isn't a timer.. like if you have a trait you should randomly be able to get an option to let you hire them out to attack someone.. for example Bort the bandit says, "Oi, for a bit of coin, me mates will frazzle your neighbors. Yeah, I can assure you that creatures stay relevant (and a pint in the ass) up until end-game....and beyond if you turn off all victory conditions [/quote] Make sure you don't go the Oblivion leveling system route.

Frogboy I want you to know that I am going to be your most honest beta tester. I'm not a fanboy, I am a lover of 4x games and Fantasy games and I buy them all. I even have Romance of the Three Kingdoms 11.. I have played 4x games since they existed. I will not bullshit you, I will also not be rude. I am writing this to tell you to let you know that you should expect honest criticisms and SOLUTIONS and ideas because I really, really, really need this game to be

I'm like you, I think this is a good game now, with a definite need for AI which is in the works. The game thoroughly hooked me from the start even with its problems. On a side note, you mention you know only a little. I suggest you take a look at Gyb's FAQ on GameFAQs. It's still a work in progress I'm pretty sure but last I looked at it

Yes, this is all we need. More customers accepting the piles of shit they're given and giving companies a pass. Bravo Elemental forums, you never cease to amaze me with your apologies and fanboyisms.
