It is clear that the Beta showed several important drawbacks of making phase inhibitors too power. I would like to summarize: 1. Current phase inhibitors are not working because they do not sufficiently stop enemy fleets from simply going elsewhere. This eliminates one of the supposed main strategic points of this game. 2.
