There are several steps you need to take to do this. 1) Pressing the POST button once, not 10 times will manage this. 2) Using a username that doesnt make you sound like you are 8. 3) Once these are completed, you get the tech from the tech tree, to the sun and phase, like you would between planets to the other star.

Well you was very very poor with the battles, manage your capitals already! That was the worst fighting I have ever seen. yet, well done for the culture victory, manage your ships better and your a decent advent player.

mind the download is compressed so the download itself is a lot smaller then 900 meg

Hmm. A hard one Team surrender option becoming a possiblity if the enemy holds a considerable sway over you in all 3 rankings: subject to a vote. Easy (Non-modding) removal of the faction cap of 10 players. For our nice powerful machines ;) More large maps. Ablity for players to sumbit their own maps on a section of the website for public testing, if popular considered by dev team for inclusion in game. Very fast and Very slow options For
