How do I do that? Here is the message I get when I try to use the update serial key: ------------ Sign Up Error - Invalid Serial Number The serial number you have entered does not belong to the email address you have entered. To register this serial number you must use the same email address in which you used to purchase the game. -------------

I had to create a second account to access the forums. When I had tried in the past to create another account with the same serial key after it became clear that I was not going to recieve an activation email it wouldn't let me since it said the serial key had already been used.

Maybe someone on here can help me. I bought this game yesterday at Best Buy. After installing the game I did the update serial option from the splash screen and then hit the Update Game option (just to see if there was an update or something). I filled out the form to make a new account including the serial number, email, name, and everything was correct.
