I downloaded the patch. Still no go. My DVD drive works fine, I'm still able to install other games. I checked to make sure I'm using all of the latest drivers. My system: Windows XP Pro SP2 Intel 3GHZ CPU Nvidia GeForce 7800 GS OC 2GB RAM Integrated gigabit LAN Integrated AC'97 Audio
Ok seriously what is up with this game? The first DVD I tried to install crashed my computer so badly that I lost internet, keyboard and mouse use. I thought my computer was dead until I discovered that it had disabled my onboard hardware in the BIOS. So I uninstall the game and try to re-install, thinking perhaps it was just a bad install. When I try to re-install I receive an error message that prevents me from even installing. So I take the DVD back to the store and trade it in figurin
