Stuck on "wait" after ending turn in Galactic Civilizations Series Stardock.net Forums

So I finally finished my turn after unlocking the enticing ideology ability, after spending ~3 hours managing all the new colonies and now the game seems to be stuck waiting for the next turn. It's been roughly an hour now with no progress, I tried reloading a save before I hit turn and it did the same thing. I could load a previous save but I'd end up losing all the work I did. I can provide the save file if needed. Thank you for any help you can render,

GC3 Disable or modify administrators in Galactic Civilizations Series Stardock Forums

Hi all, So, I love this game a lot and it's my go to game when I want a long term campaign. However, I've got a better machine and I can finally play larger maps. However, I essentially can't spread across the galaxy because I run out of administration points. Is there a way to turn it off, or modify it so they are essentially unlimited? Thanks in advance
