I think the problem is using the stacked empire view. You SHIFT click three stacks so they kill one unit from each stack and then goes back to choosing target themselves. Try using the unfolded one instead and click each unit you want to kill individually, I know it's a pain... but don't think there's any way around it... yet.

Awsome! Keep up the good work. However as Astax said, afraid that nerfing siege frigates even more is a bit much, but we'll see.
[quote]However, the part about phasing out enemy capital ships to keep them from phasing away does not really work very well. You can't damage the ship while its phased out, and when the 6 seconds run out it will immediantly begin to jump away. I guess if you timed it just right you could get 2-3 seconds of firing in before phasing it out again, but your not going to be able to kill it before it escapes(not enough antimatter). I could see it being usefull to stop the cap ship from running while
I love the marauder, at first I thought it was a bit weak and almost never built it, but it really grows on you. Phase out is amazing, keep enemy caps out of the fight or save friendly ones suffering from focus fire. The speed boost ability is great when catching up to fleeing enemies or for getting away and it actually makes the space whale move at a decent speed (evacuator). Subversion is nice as well as it gives you recon for quite some time when it's maximum level but usually don't take it o
Awsome idea, loved the series. LoGH really popped in to my mind when I saw this game, especially that picture of a TEC general that you can choose as your display potrait. Replace pirates with Earth Cult, and if you capture Phezzan you would have a way to destroy them. Phezzan would have to take more of a black market role, where you could sell, buy stuff and borrow money perhaps? Oh and as Phezzan (almost) always favored the underdog in the war maybe give the loosing side more favorabl
[quote] The problem for me is the difficulty is coordinating the gates in a large map. They are built with returning armada set to autocast, and you can't switch it off until the thing is built - so you need to come back in a few minutes to systems where you've queued up a bunch of buildings to switch the thing off. Otherwise you end up with odd ships scattered all over the place. It'd help, and be really nice in general, if there was a way to select a system and say
Probably a simple check thats missing, but F8 key can sometimes increase bounty on dead players (the normal increase bounty button is greyed out).
You are correct, changed in 1.02. I've noticed this as well, can only suspect it's a bug since this is what they wrote in patch changes: "-Reverie: friendly units will no longer auto-acquire enemies under the effects of reverie as attack targets." Which should mean that you can still attack them if you give the order. So probably a bug, otherwise they just failed to update the description.
Doesn't the ability have a rather limited range? Since the strike craft usually take off towards the enemy leaving the cap ship way behind I haven't found this ability all that usefull, I may be using them in the wrong way though. Anyone think it's worth taking this skill over the others?
Aye cheers for the quick reply, seems like there is no way to force them to use the star route then. Moving fleet directly to the star and jumping towards the other didn't work either. Would be nice to see a option to force such a jump, as the quickest route isn't necesserily the best. I know you can use shift key to do this manually between phase lanes, but again, doesn't work when it's between stars. Ah well I used a big fleet to escort that single colony ship I needed to get across t
Just been playing my first large map with several star systems so didn't have this problem before, this may be a stupid question but... How do I force ships to jump using the star route? There's a wormhole connecting the two star systems and the ships always chooses that route, but it's a heavily trafficated node which makes it impossible to sneak past single ships or small fleets. I also have a phase stabilizer in a newly conquered planet in that star system, but yet again, ships choos
Seems the F8 key, which increases bounty on the player closest to me on the list can raise bounty on dead players. Situation occured when a bounty was raised on me, I quickly pressed F8, which then increased bounty on a dead player I had just finished off. Everyone had 0 bounty when it was raised against me. Although shortly after the AI started a bounty on another player which was higher than the dead one, which stopped me from raising it anymore. Would have been interesting to see wh
First of all awsome that you are willing to listen to us in this way and great job with the game sofar. I realise it will probably take to much effort to do something about the diplomacy in the game to make it into the next patch. But if we could at least get a diplomacy screen where we could see the relations between players that would help a lot.
I don't really like the idea to completly keep fleets from bypassing a planet, there should be a possibility to make deep strikes and suprise your enemy. Would rather see there was some risk involved in it, like reducing fleet effectivness the further into enemy territory you go. A deep strike could then pay off but could still be a big gamble if you get caught by some defences, which would be able to take care of the fleet because of the reduced efficiency. Anyway for those who are hav
