Hey, i been wondering...I'm in a AI game, where i just going for all Civ tech reseacrh tree, without no Tech in Militart Tech. i was wondering if i can still tech Fleet Logic? will it hurt my chance of getting the Civ tech achivement?

you can get artifacts near your home plant, like the AI you were referring too, but it happen rarely. Plus, everyone should know that AI like to be cheap something. oo, and one more thing, Pirate base do have artifacts, and i found this out when i colonize my 2nd pirate base (it not the trade raid bonuses.)

When the dude revoked your peace treaty, and when you have that timer go on. that give you time to get ready, their for you are able to get ready when he send his ship to you. plus, always keep a small fleet & defense at every plant. i find it helpful.
