*chuckle* i deleted em all, i prefer custom made maps anyhow (ones i make myself and then modified in notepad). if my last post does not work, then best to just wait for a dev, i would have tried posting this in technical or general forums also since its the default maps that are not working, not custom made maps. Edit: Actually, that was before i reinstalled the game, you could try the tec forum fist if you want or you could also try reinstalling with NO mods (mods made for 1.2 WILL c

i was just wondering about something, now mind you i only play on around 50 planet max maps due to not wanting 20 min jumps (there evil) anyhow, i was just wondering about how often certain bonuses show up, some show up far less than others and so far I've only seen about 20-30 of the 45 of the bonuses. any way to increase the type of bonuses or multiple bonuses on one planet besides changing it to a higher rate in the map files?

don't know then, honestly the patch was not really ready to be released IMO, still a few tweaks needed here and there, anyhow, you try switching it to 0 and then back to 1 or something similar. worse comes to worse, take some of the custom map data and try applying it to the default maps Ex, change default map data with: [B][I]TXT versionNumber 1 isBrowsable TRUE browsePictureName "ScenarioPicture-UserGenerated" browseName "IDS_CUSTOMGALAXY_NAME_USERGENERATED"<

yes there is. you open them in a text editor and change the version number to 1 instead of 0. Example TXT versionNumber 1 instead of TXT versionNumber 0 It is the 2nd line down :3 Note: you got to do this to every map.

Keep up the good work, one of my 3 favorite mods as on current (with an interesting lone up of mods coming as people get more experienced with moding) anyhow, love the mod, looking forward to future updates.

I'm not 100% sure on that but last time i checked Distant stars didn't work with 1.03, although i could be wrong. so chances are you will have to wait for that to update before you see any other mergers. although i would also like to see that combination, there all good mods (my 3 favorites so far)

I remember reading a while back about there being no scripts in maps what so ever so you cant really create "campigans" or what not. I was just wondering if that has changed or if there is any plans on adding an editor to galixy forge (if it dosent already have one, i havent really used it yet) that will allow us to edit maps so that it has a custom feel to it, so instead of just spaming ships or building an empire, each player just starts with 1 cap ship and have to fight their way to some sort

i have to say tho, this mod seems to be coming along nicely, as well as rather quick, ive seen mods in other games take as long as a month just to get 2-3 models done and textured for a screen shot of it. this one will be interesting, id like to see a new race's which do not use default models. anyhow, good luck to ye, ill be waiting for the release :3
