I'm a self proclaimed graphics whore as well and I think Sins looks just fine. How often do you have enough free time inside the game to watch a zoomed battle anyway? Only when I am extremely confident I'm well on the path to victory do I even have a chance to think about watching a battle at that range.
Thanks for the responses guys. Interesting point about expecting no less than 768 vertical res. I'll check it out and see if the overall experience is better than playing at 1080p.
Hi everyone, I am playing Sins on a 720p (=1280x720) projector, which projects onto a 123" screen. It looks like Sins will only run on my setup at 1024x768 or 1920x1080. The odd thing is that, of course, 1920x1080 is 1080p, a similar widescreen HD format to 720p, yet I can't seem to find a way to run it at 720p. Unfortunately the game looks pretty bad at 1024x768 due to scaling issues and the same is true of running it at 1920x1080. So it either ends up looking
