Well I have to agree with most people here, having watched SG-1 since its premier, I feel that Universe so far sucks. My fiance already has the tv playing soap operas all day, don't need another one based off of my favorite sci-fi show. CG effects are cool cant wait to see more of the ship, but as of right now the ship is the only reason i watch the show not the SG members, I mean hell even the kinos are more interesting than the crew. also can pretty much guarantee that the entire first seas

I meant to put 100000 kilometers instead of miles, thank you, I just hate putting up info thats incorret up. I should have double checked it at Halopedia, I just did it from memory. Thanks, I just hate putting up incorret info. Ten light minutes for the Ventor, that would pose a threat if the Covenant ships didn't move. But this woul

[quote who="GrandAdmiralSova117" reply="1" id="2176673"] I think to be a fair fight we should compare forerunners to Star Wars races. That way we have comparable ship size and technological capabilities. The Forerunners could cause stars to collapse and it became a standard protocol for flood containment. They became world builders able to construct things on a massive scale such as the shield worlds and the ark. Their understanding of Genetics has no mach. They also had armor that ranke

I suppose your right, I wasnt really looking at the tactical picture but the factions in a more strategic sense. hmmm never even thought about the planetside aspect of things, now ima do more digging.

@proto i disagree with the fact that animals have a concept of peace and war. Do animals sack a city for loot, massacre innocent women and children simply because they follow a different religion, attack a nation tosecure natural resources, crucify slaves who rise up to take their freedom(im talking about the roman slave rebellion here in case anyone is interested)?just because there is violence in the animal world, indeed in some animals themselves does not mean they have even the rem

Covenant would almost have no choice but to do hit and run war at least against the Imps, since the Alliance specialised in hit and run tactics and sabatoge not too mention they moved their main base to another planet quite frequently I think it would be a very close war imagine 2 guerrilla armies fighting each other going to be lots of skirmishes that seriously hurt neither of them plus dont discount hero characters on any side(jedi, masterchief, arbiter, even johnson and cortana). Also as fa

lol i must be bored, ummm ima have to come down on star wars side on this. in halo universe humans were gettin massacred by covenant so they would probably lose to any major star wars race, side, entity or wahtever word i am looking for.as far as covenant vs star wars ima say still star warsi think either rebel alliance or the empire could take them. and the flood to me are the wild card no idea whatsoever. lol @ mental image of ewoks tackling elites and brutes and wookies tearing through jac

I have to say this because it has always bothered me and i like hearing other peoples opinions, here i go hope i dont start a war ....... Why do people always think aliens will be peaceful? Is it because they have had thousands of years to develop technologyto reach other worlds so they must hav

[quote who="Zyxpsilon" reply="10" id="2166750"] I do not see what the collider as to do with Fusion energy?? It was supposed to be at the pinnacle of technological perfection and yet, within two weeks - they lost a huge section of the "tubular" gimmick to multiple bad connection soldering. The mad scientist effect struck again, in that case. Knowing the above, if a single Fusion Plant on Earth has just an extremely tiny flaw, the Tchernobyl incident will certainly l

I'm running a P4 3.0 gigahertz dual core, 2 gig ram, 125 mb video card and my comp runs it but graphics have to be turned really low. After there gets to be a lot of units onscreen it almost becomes unplayable for me. Hope this helps.
