There's a lot of contrary information being posted here as fact. - The phase missiles DO/DON'T ignore "shield mitigation" on hull damage. Lots of contradicting statements with no proof. - Ships CAN/CAN'T be killed with shields up (OP had not seen this, but other people have seen this happen so we can probably say CAN).

[quote]*Sigh*It's really simple guys. If you have say four factories, and build 4 frigates of the same type, then each factory will prepare one frigate at the same time. All 4 frigates will pop out after the build time for one has elapsed. One frigate will come out of each factory. If you build 8 frigates, then you will have 4 pop out after the build time for one, and four more will pop out again after the build time of the second "one", ie: 8 ships in the time of two, due to four simultaneous p

Ok, I've only used it once, but my initial impression wasn't that it was the best thing ever. I quickly used up all of my fleet capabilites, meaning that it left me with nothing for Cap ships, and the ships I got were heavy cruisers and carriers, which is nice, but I had no free fleet cap for siege frigates, colony ships, or scouts! I built additional fleet cap and would quickly build the ships I wanted before the free ships used it all up, but continually expanding the fleet cap c
This is one of the great unanswered questions in Sins. Can a developer step in an straighten us out please! :CONGRAT:
I know what you mean, it turns into a game of tag. What I wouldn't give for an Imperial Interdictor! I usually bait their fleet into moving into one of their poorly defended territories by sending a group of siege frigates in alone. They'll jump their fleet in for some easy kills and as soon as I see them enter "Phhhhase sspace" :) I jump my bomber-heavy fleet in who have been waiting at the next planet. They'll get a minute or two to pound their fleet before it runs away (bombers will
