Just curious, but is there any eta on this?

I just wish I could play Galactic Civ2. Every time I tried, it would lock up on me. Quite Frustrating. IF anyone has any ideas on why it might be locking up on me, sending me a PM please.
Why cant people just take this game for what it is, a game. If you dont enjoy it, then im sorry your doing something wrong. While it might not be civ4 in space of even moo3, it has alot of very nice qualities about it. Also remember, the game is at the starting line, so the game company still has a ways to go. Who is to say that ironclad and stardock wont bring out a new release to add ground and planetary combat to the game? I get so tired of people complaining. Thi

100% agree. Having a blast.
Hi everyone. First let me say that this game is a blast, and I cant quit playing. ;p Ive been trying to create my own map in the map editor. The thing is this. Once I got it created, and goto preview, I dont see the swirling outline of the galaxy. This makes is very hard to find the galaxies in order to fly to them. Does anyone know what im doing wrong? I know its not a major issue and I can just scroll ar
Personally, I think the current setup for the capital ships is good. The only thing I would like to see, is an increase in level cap on them. Level 10 is too easy to obtain and towards the end game makes cap ships a huge not factor. They dont need to give them additional abilities, but increased damage, shields, and hull strength would make sure that cap ships are still a viable thing for endgames.
Yes, thanks for these updates. They will really help a ton with current game play. Maybe a suggestion for future updates, would be a few more races. I know you all are working your tiny little selves to the bone to help make our gameplay more enjoyable, but some new races would really go over well I think. Also, many of the members have introduced some wonderful mods. Maybe incorporate them into the actual game, would help us to cut down on some space too. IE, Uzil and hi
Morning Uzil. I agree with you that the AI for se5 was a big let down. IT just wasnt challenging enough. However, one distinct advantage was that the mods added by players could be all used in 1 game, without having to access each mod separately. Thats basically what I was trying to say. Dont get me wrong, Im having a blast with Sins. I have even hooked 2 friends into buying it. Showed them my copy, and they picked theirs up the same day from Wallyworld. Im just
Thanks Uzil, think I got it. This modding stuff gets a bit confusing. I will try and upload your mod to the game a bit later. Looks very nice. The modding here is a distinctively different than with SE5. With Se5, all mods could coexist in the same game. Here, it seems to be hard coded to the point that its not possible to do that. A shame if thats true, because adding multiple mods to the game to enhance it seems to be a more novel way to keep players engaged and wanting to
Hi, I am a newbie to the game and have just 1 question. When you do modding, how does it work? If I update the game when a new release comes from the company, do I need to reinstall the game or will the mod stay there when I update? Im sorry to ask these stupid questions, but I dont want to mess up. This mod looks great and would love to add it to my game. There was also a new mod for some new techs I saw on the main download site, and was thinking of those. But considering im no
