*Sigh* I figured it out, you have to completely uninstall Impulse, and then reinstall it to try and fix problems.

First, I will mention that I love Sins of a Solar Empire, great game. However my greatest complaint is with impulse, I likes Sins a lot better when it was still standalone, and thus easy to patch/update ect. Right now, I'm trying to update Sins as well as install the new micro expansion. However, apparently Impulse has an update that will not go through at all, every time I start it up, it's at 82.1% downloading, then goes into an endless cycle of retries. I cannot i
