is it possible to edit how much you fleet capacity increase with every science click you do ? i want more ships :P those kodac flak ships takes alot of pts :P

why not just edit the map u wanna play if u wanna cheat just set planet to max and resources to 9999999 and save and play just make a copy of the map and name the new something else if you dont rem the value if u want to play as a non cheater in a future :P
