1.Yes, if allegiance on that planet gets to 0% the planet revolts and becomes neutral 2.No, they go neutral. To conquer the planet you need to colonize it. 3.Send a scout frigate to the system, move your mouse over the planet and you can check how much allegiance it has.

@SliderFury I believe he means the Imperial Navy in Warhammer 40K since that's the Adeptus Mechanicus symbol in his avatar. 40K is also where I got my username from. :D I'd also like to point out that this game is perfect for a Battlefleet Gothic mod.

Advent for many reasons: 1.Their capital ship carrier (forget it's name) 2.I love using fighters and bombers which the Advent have a lot of bonuses for. The fact that I love their carrier also helps 3.Lasers! Pew Pew! 4.Culture bonus 5.Best voices IMO
