Yea I was going through the options before but I didn't go under the User Interface. There I just turned them on, thanks for the help! I'm glad it was something simple I just missed.

I must have hit something because I can't get the infocard to show up anymore. I checked the key binding and hit ALT J but nothing happened. I can get the infocard if I hold down cntrl and mouse over the unit or place my cursor on the bottom middle panel to get planet info. I really need infocards on all the time, how can I get this back or reset game settings. I also tried binding display infocard to F9 but that didn't work either. For me the way I fixed this was by unchecking the option under the sound menu. I think it was something like stop sound if windows looses focus or some wheres around that ballpark. I just unchecked that and had sound?! I also have the Audigy Z2.
