Thanks, that was the problem. I didn't know that a de-buff could last that long.

I was playing as the Advent Loyalists and had just finished beating a vasari loyalist fleet over one of there planets. At the end of the battle my titan leveled up and I got the repossession ability. After waiting a little bit for my anti-matter to regenerate enough to use it I noticed that the anti-matter wasn't regenerating at all. When I checked my Titan it said that passive regeneration was disabled. I've waited around for several minutes and the effect hasn't gone
