Dawn of War 2 looks very promising. I also want Red Alert 3, having played the second for years . But EA and this secROM of theirs... ive heard nothing but bad things about it and I don't want something like that in my computer. [e digicons]:S[/e]

I love the Sovas embargo ability and it's design influenced by todays supercarriers. If only its hatches opened to release fighters instead of remaining open all the time... I think cleansing brillance is awsome, so Radiance for Advant. As for Vasari, I 100% agree their space whales are full of epic win. [e digicons][/e]
I should have clarified my earlier post a bit. Here are some ideas for destroyers. Hunter Killers -These would be really good for attacking the enemys economy(ie trade ships, ports ect), fast with a cloaking system upgrade to boot. Really useful when supporting upgraded scouts or a Sova. Assault Destroyers - These would launch assault craft to capture disabled enemy ships, building ect.If we get land invasions, they would also provide fire support and troops. All
A Destroyer class of ships.
What ship whould you want put in Sins? Personally, I would like a destroyer class of ships. Hunter Killers would seek out and conduct hit and runs on the enemys economy. They would be fast and powerful to get in and out quickly. They would be even better with a cloaking upgrade. Assault Destroyers launch assualt craft to capture disabled enemy ships and buildings. ???Destroyers Each faction would get it's own specialized support destroyer. Heavy Destroyer
I meant Godzilla himself, not the movie by the the same name.
Super Turtle FTW! [e digicons]B)[/e] The expansion will address some of these issues, like the starbases. They not only act as forts/orbital installations but also as factorys. Mines are being introduced. I hope we get surface installations, but that may be a bit much. We already have Jump Point inhibitors. Hangers are getting anti-aircraft weapons. And turrets are getting upgrades too. Hope this answers some of your

Maybe they could take a leaf from Supcom? It's another game with massive scale, but I think they handled it's campaign rather well.I also liked that as you completed objectives, your area of operations expanded until your map was huge.
I agree with theleif. World in Conflict is really one of the best stratagy games I've ever played. I think it's actualy based on a novel by Tom Clancy, called Red Storm Rising. Another good game is Rise of Nations.
I've been wondering about some new planet options. For instance building orbital elevaters could give a boost to production, ie faster but costlier shipyards, while a planet with enough trade (maybe 3+ trade ports)could be upgraded into a ecumenopolis, for large increases in trade, culture, taxes, ect. The latter option could be a mid-game option only after the proper research and would have to be considered carefully. If the planet was destroyed or even embargoed, it would have a bad ef
I've been waiting for better defenses ever since Sins came out. Ironclad is takeing a good game and making it great. The only other game that could absorb my time like this was Age of Empires 2. Also, if the TEC starbase is anything to go by, the Advent and Vasari ones will best be described as monsters. [e digicons][/e]
Based on the info released so far here's a theory. Basicly, if all 3 mini-expansions combined are released as the full expansion later on, it's probable that one of them has the campaign. Could that be why their being tight lipped about the 3rd one?
Not only that, but I would also like to see the ships "move out" instead of popping out once construction is finished. But that could also be me being picky. [e digicons]:)[/e]
