The Vasari Tech "Phasic Barrier" protecting orbital structures when under attack by shutting down the facility and upping defensive values. Great tech in theory but the Barrier won't deactivate after the threat is eliminated! Now you have to check every facility, after the attack, to see which Barriers were activated and manually de-activate them. I actually managed to win a game allied with an AI. So he had his planets (1 star in Doppelganger) and I had the rest (hehe). My ally actually conquered the last remaining enemy planet stealing my moment of victory! :P

I've been wading through a couple of pages without encountering mention of some things I see as bugs: - Cruiser - 2 (which makes it the third one from the left) designated as the support Cruiser (like the Severun Overseer) leave the factory with auto-join fleets DISABLED by default which makes it the only vessel that has to be micro-managed in that aspect to join a pre-existing fleet.
