Hi everyone Sorry for a noob question, but when I try to increase my capital ship commanders on the fleet logistics screen I keep getting a message saying I need 1 point in basic officer training, but I don't know how I get a point since I can't find anything in the research tree called basic officer training Many thanks, Mike
