I was wondering if anyone would know if sins network traffic could be seen as P2P files sharing traffic and if this might cause problems with ISPs like Comcast that are know to throttle P2P traffic? Also, does anyone know how I might give feedback/suggestion to a dev for the game? Thanks

If I knew I wouldn't tell you. Just kidding. What are you up to Tony. Look forward to playing tonight. As far as your question. I think that a lot of setting are in the configuration files for the game. You might want to comb through it to find your answer. HA ha ha ha! I know you never will.

You can actually capture the planet before you kill the enemy units. I do it all the time. Yes then the bombers take the planet out or at least deal damage to the new population. Not a good move.

Serondal: you are wasting time and money while fighting. 2 caps ships is a waste of money in the beginning of the game. Better to spend on research centers, upgrades, more ships and pop upgrades. Tridus. That's fine for single player if you want a leisurely game. In multiplayer it is essential to get your economy cooking ASAP. And I didn't say anything about having light ships going up against heavy cruisers as I said I have a third fleet to meet up with colony cap and do clean up. By t

Go into a system with a Cap ship that has colonize ability. Focus on killing the bombers in the system. Once the bombers are dead colonize the planet and leave. Upgrade the planets pop. Now you have income from the planet and can come back later to clean up the militia. I do this while having another small fleet and colony ship taking asteroids. Then I have a third fleet meetup with the cap ship and clean up militias. I'm making more money the whole time.
