Not sure what you're whining about. I'm sorry this isn't Blizzard RTS clone #3235? You knew going in it was going to take a while. A big FFA with teams unlocked is the longest mode of play possible.

It's overpowered Either you're able to successfully scout and disrupt his imperial labs/phase stabilizers in ~45 minutes or you lose because he has entire fleets showing up absolutely free of cost It's only effective on medium-large maps with allies protecting the vasari, but that does NOT make it balanced
I agree with both posts I think the game is popular enough to have such subsections of the forum
My only advice is to pump your infrastructure to its max on each planet and research the population tech (its usually first or second tier, pretty cheap). You have to be pro-active with your fleet, you can't turtle. And with such a massive fleet it really shouldn't be a problem. Also, a nerf to fleet upkeep is a buff for returning armada, keep that in mind.

When a vasari player is nestled between 2 or 3 allies in his system he's free to fast tech to dark armada within an hour I played a 5v5 last night as Vasari, I took the 2 asteroids and 2 planets next to me, and fast teched to phase
I have a question, how far out does a media hub broadcast? 2 connected planets? or is it unlimited and spreads indefinitely?
Well I know for a fact people can't join my games I have followed all of the instructions given and I'm still having problems. I don't have any anti-virus or anti-spyware firewalls either UPnP and SSDP are set to automatic, port 6000 to 6112 is open, windows firewall is disabled and I'm still not able to host I have absolutely no trouble hosting in other games, I don't understand why this is any different
I personally couldn't care less about a campaign mode, but the multiplayer aspect is a HUGE turnoff. I have never had such a headache with another MP system, and I've played on gamespy. I hope there is a patch of some kind in the works that can fix the multiplayer issues. Sins is a great game, I'd hate to see it die off.
I honestly hope, for your sake and mine, that you don't believe ICO is working properly Yarien. I have never had such a headache trying to host games. I recommended this game to a bunch of friends of mine (hopefully not a mistake, we'll see), and not a single one of them has been able to decipher how to simply host a game. I have successfully hosted games in Warcraft 3, Dawn of War, company of heros, star wars empire at war, rome/medieval total war, and starcraft. NONE of them
