Phase Stabilizer not working properly? in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Hello all, This is my first post, so apologies if this has been discussed already. I was playing today as the Vasari(I saved the game if I need to post it). Basically, I had a phase stabilizer at planet X, which was about 7 phase lanes away from the planet that my fleet was stationed(Planet Y). Planet X was under attack, so I built another phase stabilizer at Planet Y, since I knew it would take too long for my fleet to jump 7 times. After it was completed(and I did hav
