Ok, so I'm playing on my laptop, and pretty much as soon as the game begins I start getting blue/red and some green and white dots (big enough to piss me off, maybe about a 1/10 of an inch in diameter, and about 50 of the dots at once) playing across my screen, some time it even tears and keeps tearing till I restart the game. I have the latest video card drivers, and the 1.04 patch. I have a good laptop, plenty of RAM and a 7900GTX Go card.. This didn't used to happen.. anyone have any thoughts

Ok, I think I hit some key command accadentally. Anyway, when I go to the build menu for any structure, and I click on something to build, it automatically places the structure for me in some random location. I have reinstalled the game as well as attempted to delete any leftover config files, and I still have the same problem.
