Looking for gamers who like to roleplay diplomacy/war. in Multiplayer Organizer

Flame away, but I'm tired of games that involve people just going all out and rushing. I prefer to have a bit of conflict between civilizations to warrant diplomacy and war. If anyone is interested in these terms, drop me a PM or reply here and we can organize some games.
