when i tried to copy the files it said (for the same 2 files if having problems with) something about cyclic redundecy check?

I have a problem very similar to YsFanatic. I bought the game today and when i try to install i get about 3/4's the way through when i get an error F:/data/OFFLINE/CA21F9C0/F56C52C/ModulePhaseLaboratory-cl.dds on the disk it tells me to "Verify that the file exists and that you can access it" well i can get into the CD in "My Computer" and find the file click "Retry" on error message and i get the same error. And one time i got past that but got stuck on a similar error from same path just "Modu
