Hi, I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire via Stardock when the game came out and then I bought Entrenchment when it was released (I never bought Diplomacy). I really want to get Rebellion, but I'm wondering if I buy it through the Sins website (so I get $10 off for already owning Sins) and get a Steam code to play it, will it work if I don't have the full game in Steam? Or do I need to rebuy Sins in Steam in order for it to work. Thanks for your help!

So I downloaded the game off of this site and last night I booted it up after it finished to make sure everything worked all right. Everything was fine except I could not see any of the text in any of the menus. So I rebooted it hoping that it just loaded weird but this time everything worked out all right.
