As some others have suggested, disable SLI and multithreading. If that doesn't work, change all your GFX card settings to application controlled. It should always be remembered that most vista compatability issues can be easily solved by running the game in administrater mode. This can be accomplished by right clicking on the game's shortcut and selecting "run as administrator." This solves most of the issues I have running XP games on Vista.
