My friend and I started playing this game last evening. We had the following issue: When I clicked create game (multiplayer) the button would grey out and the screen would not switch to the game window where it should players in the game. Then after a few seconds it would say disconnected from server. Now before you ask, we don't have firewalls up and we opened the ports etc. We were very frustrated by this. Having slept on it, maybe it was on the server end, maybe too many players
