Enexile

If have a lot of planets and items in my unit tree, so there is a scroll bar I need to use to see everything. This is fine. However, if I scroll up to the top and click my fleet icon, the scroll bar shifts down and I lose visibility to my fleet. I then have to scroll back up to the top where my fleet is. I just want to be able to click my fleet and have the focus of the fleet remain visible. Is this a problem? Is there a way to move the fleet down in the list
