It is an interesting point that some types of games might be pirated more than others, but is there any hard evidence on which genres are pirated more? My completely unsubstantiated guess is that games aimed at a more mature audience probably have a smaller user base, but are pirated by a lower proportion of the people who play them. Students are probably the biggest pirates, simply because they have no income, but they're also the target audience for most of the games being made today. <br/
