I'm having a problem where I can get it to convert but then windows says that the program stopped working and I end with an empty .entity file.
If this is for Galaxy Forge, I had the same problems. I worked around it by saving to my Desktop, (which it then actually saved) and manually moved it to the Galaxies folder.
no, it just says its a runtime error.
I used the search feature and was unable to find any most that matched my problem (I found one that was close though) I have a Vista and when I play the game I get a Runtime error, I got the hotfix and everything I could think of but it stills crashes ingame. I can play a game for 2 or 3 hours before it crashes and after that I can only play for about 2 minutes. The game doesn't lag, the FPS doesn't drop, with no sign that the computer is having problems. My specs are: <b
okay, thank you very much. So if i edit that file, is there a way to assign the names to different homeworlds (because i had named one faction the Earth Federation whose homeworld was Earth.)
In Galaxy Fordge I'm having problems with the player names. Though I have changed the ingame name slots on the player menu, when I play the game, the AI still has random names. Is there anyway to override this in order to insure the AI get their intended name?
Stargate has potential, but I think a game that centered more on space, like Babylon 5 would have a better shot.
I agree with this. I created a Battlestar Galactica map featuring the Twelve Colonies, Kobol, and New Caprica.
