I come to this website and check the mod forum just to find a mod like this. I can't really help you with any of these things unless you need textures or something. From what I can tell scaling planets is really hard. Someone found a way to scale them up in XSi then pull them back into the game (making them larger) but the cloud layer wouldn't scale with it.
Since the moment I launched the game I thought "It would look awesome if the planets were really big" Can you tell me and those who wish to mod how to scale the planets (with the clouds)? No one can seem to figure it out.
Is there a mod already created to have really big planets and stars? I was looking around found someone asking how to make the planets larger on their own. It seems like the clouds can't be scaled up in a 3d application. I have 3 3d programs so using one isn't a problem, but i'd rather not waste my time if it isn't possible to make it look right. Has anyone solved this issue or have any way to scale the planets up? If i could download someone elses mod
