Tried it at high, med, and low settings with all details turned off and I was getting the same fps as I was when I maxed it, about 9 in my current battle =( Help

Help sins unplayable in Technical Sins Forums

Hey guys, Ive been trying everything to get this game to run past 15 fps mid way through. No matter what map or how many players/cpus are in game, within about an hour I run the game at roughly 20fps and 9 fps during battles. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and the game. Ive defragged my hdd, Ive tried running the game on one core, Ive tried running the game at the lowest possible settings and nothing. My specs are Q6600 @3.2, 3gb ram, xp 32 bit, 2 x 300gb hdd,

How do I produce a dxdiag? Im having the same issue. If it helps at all, nvidia released new drivers for the 780i mobo and that greatly increased my performance in all my games. Everything runs perfect now except for sins, which sucks cause thats all I want to play. Though sins did get a decent performance boost. I can run it at about 20-27fps instead of 15. Hey I too have the same problem. I have a GTX 260, Q6600 @3.15, 3 gigs of ram, and home prem 32 bit. When the game first came out, it ran great. Now about an hour into it i get to 15fps and it stays that way no matter if im in battle or placing structures around planets. Ive only been playing one game in a 156 star system with 7 cpus and myself. One cpu was set at unfair and another at hard. I dont know anything about programming and im not trying to bash I

I have a quad core at 2.4 and 3 gigs of ram with a 8500 gt and I slow down and framerates drop in alot of games is that because of the graphics card? Sorry if its a stupid question dont know too much about computers and would like some input before i dish out money for a 8800gt thanks
